Welcome to my space

I’m a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor and I worked in various Pilates and fitness studios in the UK, teaching a variety of Pilates Mat, Reformer, and Barre classes. I also founded my own business not long after my qualification in 2015. Since then, I’ve added new skills and qualifications with continuous education; from STOTT PILATES to ZEN•GA® and from specific knee and shoulder complex training to pre and post-natal Pilates & Post-rehab speciality and I also specialised in Athletic Conditioning.
 I’ve increased my knowledge and skills in these areas to serve a broad range of clientele.

Respected by fitness and health practitioners worldwide, STOTT PILATES mind-body exercise builds on the essence and principles of the late Joseph H Pilates work by incorporating modern knowledge about the body.

Pilates Mat

To start with, Mat Classes Give You the Benefits of Pilates.

A Pilates mat workout that incorporates the classic Pilates sequence is an exceptionally good workout that will provide the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits, not to mention, of course, that Pilates mat work is the ultimate in core workouts.

Equipment Pilates

The Reformer is probably the most famous piece of Pilates equipment as it allows diverse programming for anyone, whether you are an athlete, avid exerciser or a rehab patient, you’ll benefit from this time-less activity.

BarreConcept is a body sculpting method of exercise which combines the core strength, control and precision of Pilates with the position, moves, grace and technique of ballet, the alignment of Yoga and the strength from sports conditioning you will have all the aspects of a typical BarreConcept workout.
